Caladesi Construction & Development is a family-owned commercial construction company serving the Tampa Bay area. Founded in 1968, Caladesi has spent close to six decades building lasting relationships and delivering projects throughout the communities we call home. Today, the company continues under the leadership of the next generation while maintaining the values, relationships, and commitment to integrity established by our founder.

Caladesi was founded by George Hallock in 1968 but soon purchased by Don Hinrichs in 1972. What began as one man’s commitment to quality construction and doing business with integrity has grown into a multi-generational company.

Our difference is rooted in relationships, experience, accountability, and continuity. We’ve been part of the Tampa Bay community since 1968, and many of the values that shaped the company at its beginning still guide the way we work today.
